For machines where the repair is a simple one-off and unrelated to how the machine sews, I will happily give you a custom quote.

A machine that’s playing up may need a simple adjustment or even just a service. Potentially, it may require more complex work. Once you’ve dropped your machine off, I will carry out an assessment within 24 hours and let you know what I find.

As with servicing, there are limitations on which models of machines I can work on. When enquiring, please have your model name or number ready, or else you can always send me a photo and I’ll be able to confirm for you.
