I no longer work on hand cranks/treadles due to the length of time it takes to service them, apologies for any inconvenience.

Service Plus +

If your machine has been in use but not serviced for several years, your machine may require additional deep cleaning, due to factors such as grime, debris, rust, thread embedded in joints etc. It is not a complex task but can take a long time, sometimes several hours.

£65 + £12.71 per additional hour of cleaning time

Repairs

The amount of time and skill it takes to repair an issue varies massively depending on the issue, the manufacturer, availability of parts and so on. Some issues don't even really need a repair, a service can take care of them, or an adjustment to the notions that you use, in which case I can give advice.

It's easier to give a quote for repairs by email and once I've seen the machine in person, so please do get in touch if you think I may be able to help.

Minor repairs such as burrs will be done at a discounted rate if your machine is already in for service.
